Thank you for your purchase. We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you find yourself not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return it under the Distance Sales Agreement you've agreed to. This document outlines our unified return and refund policy for a seamless process.
Returns
Returns must be initiated and processed within 30 days from the date you received your item(s).
Condition for Returns
Item Condition:
Vagustim v1 and v2 packages are eligible for return and refund, provided the products and all included components (including but not limited to earsets and gel) are received in good condition, free from cracks, scratches, or other material damage.
Earsets purchased separately in an unused condition may be returned for refund, provided they remain unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging at the time of return.
Earsets purchased separately that have been opened, used, or otherwise removed from their original sealed packaging shall be deemed non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all original tags and labels.
Return Procedure
Contact Us:
Reach out to our support team at support@vagustim.io to begin the return process. Please note that we operate on weekdays only and do not respond to inquiries during weekends. We strive to reply within 24 hours on business days.
Prepare the Package:
• Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging.
• Ensure the device is adequately protected during transit.
• Vagustim is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. The sender is responsible for ensuring proper packaging.
Shipping Instructions:
• Our support team will provide the return address of the nearest Vagustim hub.
• Follow all instructions provided by support@vagustim.io carefully.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Inspection & Processing:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and begin processing your refund.
Timeline:
• Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) for the refund to be processed.
• Once processed, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Additional Guidelines
• Shipping Compliance: Ensure all return instructions provided by our team are followed.
• Incorrect Return Address: Returns sent to addresses other than the one specified will not be eligible for a refund.
• Taxes and Import Fees: Please note that any non-recuperable taxes, import duties, or customs fees paid at the border cannot be refunded. These amounts are collected directly by customs authorities and are not recoverable by us. We will refund the full amount we receive from your purchase; however, we are unable to reimburse taxes or fees that we do not receive or cannot reclaim.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us promptly to arrange for a refund or exchange.
• Incorrect Returns: In instances where an item is sent back to an address other than the one specified for returns, we reserve the right to cancel the refund. It's critical to ensure that the return package is addressed correctly as per the instructions provided.
